lynlee wilson: organisational development

Lynlee Wilson Lynlee has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and a Masters degree with honours in Psychology.

Lynlee is accountable for and drives and owns CORE Truth™, CORE Purpose™, CORE Translation™ and CORE Champions of Change™. Lynlee has worked in the Australasian market for the past 18 years.

In 1992 Lynlee was the Organisational Development Manager for Mercury Energy, following this she founded The People Group an OD; Training and HR Consultancy. Through CORE Thinking Lynlee drives client delivery and product development. Lynlee’s client network and experience includes Telecom NZ; Metrowater Ltd; Waitakere City Council; North Power; ESITO; Thiess Services Australasia; World Vision; Siemens and Wintec. She brings her psychology background to Client assignments and ensures cultural alignment and process design and improvements to her Clients.
