lynlee wilson: organisational psychologist

Lynlee Wilson Lynlee is a Registered Psychologist with an MA (Hons) in Organisational Psychology and a BA majoring in Psychology. Lynlee drives and owns CORE Truth™, CORE Purpose™, CORE Translation™ and CORE Champions of Change™.

Having worked in the corporate market for the past 18 years, Lynlee founded the Psychological assessment team at OCG Consulting and then went on to lead the assessment and learning team at Mercury Energy during a major Industry reform of the Electricity Supply Industry. She has managed The People Group for the past 14 years working on extensive cultural change including clients such as Metrowater, Siemens, Waitakere City Council, NZ Police, NIWA, Telecom, geni-Operations and Transfield Services.
